Ashes to ashes

Cascading, seething balls of rage,
raining from the shattered heavens.
Hail of embers strike the earth,
awake, the plague of searing heat.

Abandon ye all who have faith,
for all creation shall turn to ash.
Behold the burning, crackling sword,
cometh the orange angel of death.

Twisting, turning deadly menace,
heed the beast of fiery wrath.
Merciless wave of pure destruction,
marks the searing path he crawls.

Scorching blade of ravaging flame,
carves the scar into mother earth.
Untainted beauty she is no more,
End of creation all in his hand.
